These policies apply to all Reiki treatments, attunements, and Reiki training courses provided at Geddes Wellbeing Studio.
By booking any appointment or training place, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

By booking or attending any psychology appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Payments & Bookings

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Appointments or course places will not be reserved without payment.
Each booking is treated individually; missed sessions cannot be transferred.

For ongoing treatment, payment arrangements will be agreed clearly and confirmed in writing.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Treatments

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours' of the scheduled time, or missed entirely, are non-refundable, and the full fee will be retained.
Appointments may be rescheduled, provided the required notice period is met.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) or late cancellations or rescheduling requests will result in the full fee being forfeited.

Training courses are governed by their own booking policies outlined below.

Training

Training is subject to a minimum and maximum class size (3 students minimum/6student maximum.)
If the class should drop below minimum numbers, an alternative date for training will be offered, or a full refund
Due to minimum number requirements for training, a 5 day notice period is required for a full refund. given.
Training cancelled within 5 days of the training, or missed entirely, are non-refundable, and the full fee will be retained.
Training may be rescheduled, provided the required notice period is met.
Missed training days will result in the full fee being forfeited.

3. Arrival & Timekeeping

Please arrive promptly for your appointment or course.
Late arrival may shorten your session; however, the full fee still applies.

This policy exists to protect practice time and ensure fair access for other clients.

4. Health, Safety & Disclosure

To ensure safe and appropriate treatment:

Although Reiki is generally safe, it is the clients responsibility to inform the practitioner of any relevant health conditions that may effect your suitability. (e.g. mobility issues).
Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice and does not replace medical or psychological care.
Salt lamps, incense, essential oils, diffusers, and protected candles may be used where safe and appropriate.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, respiratory conditions, fragrance sensitivities, or sensory concerns.

5. Professional Boundaries

Reiki services are delivered within clear and ethical boundaries.
Contact outside sessions is limited to administrative matters, unless otherwise agreed.
Reiki services are not combined with Psychology services. One cannot be used as a substitute for the other.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.

The most current version will always be available on the website.
