You may be feeling tired, overwhelmed, or out of sync with yourself. Many people who come for Reiki describe feeling weighed down, stuck in old patterns, or simply “not quite right.” You might notice tension that won’t shift, heavy emotions, or scattered energy — even when you can’t fully explain why.

Reiki offers a space to pause, breathe, and reset. It allows the body and mind to soften so your energy system can do what it naturally does: restore, clear, and reconnect. Sessions are calm, grounding, and free from pressure or expectation, and is a place where you can simply be.

My approach is gentle, non-invasive, trauma-sensitive, and rooted in the traditional Japanese lineage of Mikao Usui, where Reiki originated in the early 1900s. The work unfolds naturally and safely, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

If you’re exhausted from feeling “switched on,” struggling to fully rest, or looking to reconnect with your own centre, Reiki can support you in finding balance and ease. You don’t need the right words or a clear plan, the session meets you exactly where you are.
